What’s it going to cost me?

Our fee is % of the refunds recovered, with no setup or monthly fees. We only invoice you after the refund appears on your FedEx or UPS invoice. If there's no refund, there's no charge. Large volume shippers may qualify for additional discounts.

All refunds are credited directly to your account by the carriers. We provide monthly details of all the credits you received due to our auditing. Payment to us is requested only after you've verified the refunds.

UPS

UPS will automatically apply the credits to your subsequent invoice, reducing the total for that week by the amount credited from the previous week. There's no need to modify your payment; UPS handles the adjustment for you.

FedEx

A FedEx refund will appear directly on the same invoice where the original charge appeared. There will be a reduction in your invoice balance due to the refunds. When you pay the invoice with a credit card, the credits will appear as credits on your statement.
