For Priority Mail, if a package is late, customers can track the package, submit a Missing Mail search request if it's not delivered after 7 business days, or request a refund for Priority Mail Express if it wasn't delivered by the guaranteed time​​​​.

If a UPS package is not delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time, a claim can be initiated. The sender or receiver needs to contact UPS customer service for a tracking update. If the package is deemed lost, UPS will reimburse the sender for the value of the package after a detailed claim process, which may take up to 8 business days to investigate​​.

FedEx:

FedEx considers a package late if one days have passed from the estimated delivery date for both domestic (which usually takes 2 to 5 business days) and international shipments (which can take 1 to 2 weeks)​​.

DHL:

"Delivery delays can be caused by events beyond the control of DHL, e.g. weather events, local disruptions like public holidays, customs or strikes. In the event your shipment has not arrived within 10 days after the expected delivery time" (Source DHL website).

FedEx

FedEx Claims Under the Money-Back Guarantee:

Procedure to File FedEx Claims:

1. Initiate the Claim:
   • Log in to your FedEx account.
   • Navigate to the support tab and select ‘File a claim.’

   • Enter your tracking/PRO number and choose the type of your claim.
3. Provide Supporting Documents:
   • Attach necessary documents to support your claim.

• UPS will apply a credit to your upcoming invoice. Our email will detail the specific invoice number where the refund has been credited.

A FedEx or UPS account credit notification will be sent to you with the full amount credited. We do not take any portion of your refund, it goes straight to your account. At the end of each month, we invoice you for our portion.

Absolutely not. Your arrangement with FedEx and UPS inherently covers an on-time delivery assurance. Failure to meet this leads to a pledged reimbursement of your shipping fees. Essentially, you're merely claiming what's rightfully included in their service commitment to you. However, carriers often don't disclose the complexity and time required to obtain these refunds. They rely on the likelihood that many businesses are either unaware of their eligibility for refunds or are deterred by the effort it involves.
